Intentional Leadership: Find clarity in overwhelm
Participants reported a 2-3 point decrease in feelings of overwhelm and a 1-4 point increase in clarity (on a 10 point scale) over the 60-minute workshop. It was so good that I’ve turned it into an online course you can do anytime.
Thriving leadership workshop
Free one hour interactive workshop on thriving leadership. During this workshop we will co-create a definition of thriving leadership for 2025. Then we will explore how this would look and feel like in your life, and decide on some steps to take to bring it to life. This is an interactive experience, so please show up ready to get involved (by speaking or using the chat function). For those wanting to take this further, 1:1 and group coaching packages are available.
Transition map workshop
Free one hour interactive workshop on mapping out transitions in your life so you can thrive through transitions. Over an hour we will bring awareness to and explore the transitions going on in our lives today. By bringing awareness to the transitions we are going through, we can find more agency in the situation and leverage our transition super power to build confidence. Please show up ready to participate (by speaking or using the chat function). For those wanting to take this further, 1:1 and group coaching packages are available.

Ceiling to sky workshop for women in tech/ engineering
This free workshop is a chance to connect with other women in tech/engineering. Over the hour you will define and explore your vision for a courageous goal you would like to pursue in 2025. It is time to forget about ceilings (glass or otherwise) and pursue a wide open sky. It is time to thrive!
After 32 years in the field of Electrical and Computer Engineering I am very used to being the only technical woman in the room. To be honest it can get a bit isolating. So, I’ve designed a group coaching program around courageous goals with the aim of building an incredible community of women in tech/engineering who want to grow and pursue courageous (doing or being) goals. This workshop is a chance to take a glimpse and see if you might like to continue into a group coaching program (or 1:1 coaching).
Please note that this event is open for people who identity as a woman in tech/ engineering.
